Sponsors who need a tax-deductible charitable receipt are invoiced through The Funding Studio; sponsors who don't need a receipt are invoiced directly by PHXMF. Either way, Gabriel follows up personally with your invoice.

Yes — route through The Funding Studio, PHXMF's fiscal sponsor. A management fee applies, and The Funding Studio reviews the benefits you receive to determine how much of the payment qualifies as a deductible gift. No — invoice PHXMF directly. No charitable receipt is issued for this payment.

How sponsorship payments work

PHXMF sponsorships can be paid two ways, and the right one depends on whether your organization needs a charitable deduction:

Through The Funding Studio

For sponsors who need a tax-deductible receipt. A management fee applies, and the deductible amount reflects the benefits you receive.

Direct to PHXMF

For sponsors who don't need a receipt. Invoiced directly by PHXMF — no management fee, no charitable receipt.
